Live trainings: Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to a training are fully refundable.  Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to a training are not refundable, but are transferable.  No shows or missed trainings will receive no refund or credit. You may send another attendee in your place.  All trainings are subject to sufficient registration.  In the event that Relating Play must cancel a workshop, we will make every attempt to notify paid registrants in a timely manner and all paid registrants will receive a full refund.

Recorded trainings: Registration fees are non-refundable after purchase & receipt of recording. CE packets are refundable up until the time a post-test has been submitted.

Co-hosted trainings: If a 3rd party is responsible for registration, participants are subject to that party's refund and cancellation policy.
